Immunization Requirements

Immunizaton requirements for children entering preschool:

o DTP Vaccine: 4 doses

o IPV Vaccine: 3 doses

o MMR Vaccine: 1 dose

o Haemophilus Influenzae B (Hib): 1 dose on or after 1st birthday

o Pneumococcal: 1 dose on or after 1st birthday

o Varicella Vaccine: one dose on or after the 1st birthday

o Influenza (Flu): 1 dose seasonally each year between Sept 1 and December 31st, if under the age of 5 years.
